This bot uses provides the functionallity to set a global AFK Status in order to notify others when you are pinged. To store this data the bot is using a mysql database in order to save these data.

What data does the bot store about you?

Currently not all data will be stored about you. Like voting data for example because the bot features are still in development. - But Tthis page will still be refreshed after updates.

The bot stores following data: AFK Command /afk: - Your Discord Unique User ID - Your custom AFK Reason if set - The time when you set your AFK AFK Bot Profile accessable by the slash command /profile: - Your Discord Unique User ID - When your Profile was created - How many Times you set your AFK Status - Voting Status and its expire time - How many Times you Voted on top.gg If you vote for the bot on top.gg: - Your Discord Unique User ID - Voting counts (How many times you voted for the bot corrently, monthy and in total) - Voting expiry time If you get banned from the bot (You cannot use the bot anymore): - Your Discord Unique User ID - Reason why you got banned

What data does the bot store for a guild?

The bot stores following data: - Unique Discord guild ID - Premium status (comming in future, no ETA yet) - Bot configuration of certain features inclued into the bot (Settings for guild administrators) If a guild get banned from the bot (The guild cannot use the bot anymore): - Unique Discord guild ID - Reason why the guild got banned

How secure are the data stored?

These data are stored on a secure VPS with a secure password. Only the bot owner Martin B. ツ#2128 has access to these data.

How long does the bot store the data?

This depends on the type of data. User Data currently do not delete automatically (can be manually requested on the support server). Guild data will be deleted after the bot gets removed from a guild or within a short period of time when the bot checks the data entries and its "missing" guilds.

Can I request the deletion of my data?
